Sixteen sections, four languages, one warm-paper aesthetic — and a build that refuses to ship if a single translation key is missing.

Lecturer, founder, broadcaster, coach, musician. A conventional portfolio would have had to pick one of those and bury the rest, and a CV page alone would have missed the writing, the courses and the music entirely.
The site takes the opposite approach: sixteen sections, each doing one job properly — a printable CV, a thirty-one-course catalogue, essays, a music catalogue with published lyrics, a travel map built from real geography — published in four languages, with Arabic set right-to-left.

A site whose range is the point, held together by one typographic system and a build that enforces its own rules.
English, Greek, Russian and Arabic, every section in every language, with Arabic set right-to-left and its own webfonts. First-visit detection cascades from a stored choice to the browser's languages to a country lookup — and only ever on the home page, so a deep link is always honoured as written.
Each section is prepared separately for each of the four languages, so a search engine, a social preview or a shared link shows the right title, the right description and the right language — rather than whichever one happened to load first.
EB Garamond for display with its italics used as an accent, Space Grotesk for interface, DM Mono for labels, and Amiri with IBM Plex Sans Arabic for the Arabic locale — over warm paper and ink with a single gold accent. No system fonts anywhere.
Eighty-six photographs prepared in modern, lighter formats at several sizes each, so a phone downloads a picture sized for a phone and a large screen gets the detailed one. Nearly a thousand files, generated automatically rather than exported by hand.
Contact, testimonial, course-interest and newsletter forms all run through the site itself rather than an embedded form service, so no outside company sees who is writing in, and the newsletter list stays self-hosted.
Before the site can be built at all, it is checked that all four languages carry the same content, that formatting and inserted values match between them, and that nothing in the code refers to text that does not exist. A missing translation stops the release rather than reaching a reader.
Every section exists in English, Greek, Russian and Arabic, with Arabic set right to left. The site is assembled ahead of time, so it opens fast anywhere, and it cannot be published with a translation missing.
