The system a fight promotion runs on: rosters, matchmaking, weigh-ins, the money, and the screens the venue and the broadcast see on the night.

Running a promotion is not one job. It is fighter records and academies, matchmaking a card, weigh-ins, contracts and payouts, call sheets, the big screen in the venue and the overlay on the broadcast — and, traditionally, a different spreadsheet for each of them.
Fight Pulse puts all of it in one place, with a permission matrix deciding who sees what: promotion staff in the dashboard, academies in their own portal managing their roster, fighters submitting their own profile corrections into an approval queue, and the production crew on the live and overlay screens.

One platform covering the whole event lifecycle, from a fighter record to the result on the screen.
A full administrative interface for fighters, academies, coaches, events, rankings and accounts, with duplicate detection, Greek-to-Latin transliteration and a triage queue for incomplete records.
Twelve modules per event — fight control, weigh-ins, scoring, budget, payouts, contracts, logistics, staff, readiness checklists, entrance music, commentary and profile updates — so the night is run from one screen rather than a folder of documents.
A venue big-screen view driven by an eleven-state fight machine, and a chroma-keyed overlay for the broadcast camera, both updating in real time from the same data the dashboard writes.
Structured profiles for fighters and academies — per-sport records, belt ranks, fight history with opponent linking, federation IDs, custom fields and media.
Editorially curated rankings by sport, weight class or a custom scope, over fighter records kept per discipline, with wins, losses, draws, no-contests and no-results counted separately.
A permission matrix across twenty-two areas and four actions, an academy portal with issued credentials, shareable registration forms that expire, and a documented way for other systems — ticketing among them — to read the same data with their own revocable keys.
The dashboard, the venue screen and the broadcast overlay all subscribe to the same records, so a result entered cage-side reaches every surface without anyone refreshing anything.
