The corporate training side of the studio needed somewhere to deliver certified programmes to named delegates in a room, not a marketplace with a checkout. Nobody self-registers: an administrator creates the accounts, enrols them into a cohort, and a learner sees exactly the course their cohort is assigned to.
So the platform is built around the cohort. Course material is published as a dated, frozen edition and a group stays attached to the edition it started on — which means an exam cannot change underneath a class halfway through a programme. The first course delivered on it is a physical-security professional qualification; a business statistics course followed.
Three audiences, one system: learners working through material, instructors reading the room, administrators running the content and the cohorts.
Single-choice, multi-select, ranking, categorise, hotspot, numeric, structured response, matching and decision-point — each with its own editor and its own marking, six of them carrying partial credit.
Practice gives feedback question by question. An exam runs to a single shared deadline, with a question navigator, flagging for review, feedback held back until the end, and answers saved as they are given so a dropped connection does not cost the attempt. The paper is fixed the moment the session opens.
An eight-stage case study that carries facts forward between stages and later asks the learner to recall their own earlier answer — assessment that behaves like the job rather than like a quiz.
A Leitner ladder at one, one, three, seven, fourteen, thirty and sixty days, computed purely from the attempt log, with due-only and starred filters, bookmarks and notes.
Courses down to cohorts, participants, modules and individual answers, built around a reteach list: the items the room is averaging under seventy per cent on, with CSV export for the whole group or one learner.
English, Greek, Russian and Arabic with the interface fully mirrored for Arabic. The build refuses text that has not been through translation, and refuses layout that assumes a left-to-right screen — so right-to-left is a supported language rather than a best effort.
