Data Deletion Request

1. What You Can Ask Us to Delete

We hold personal data only where you gave it to us or where our systems recorded it automatically. A deletion request can cover any of the following:

• •Contact enquiries: Your name, email address, company, the budget and timeline ranges you selected, and the message you sent through the contact form.
• •Project correspondence: Email threads, briefs, notes and files exchanged while discussing or delivering a project.
• •Technical records: Server and analytics records tied to your visits, including IP address, browser type and access times.

2. How to Make a Request

Email us with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. So we can find every record that belongs to you, please include:

• •The email address you used to contact us.
• •Any other addresses or company names the same data might be filed under.
• •Whether you want everything erased, or only a specific enquiry or project.

We may reply once to confirm the request genuinely comes from you. We will not ask for identity documents unless there is no other reasonable way to verify it.

3. What Happens Next

We acknowledge every request when it arrives and complete it without undue delay, and in any case within one month. If a request is unusually complex we may extend that by up to two further months, and we will tell you why within the first month. You receive written confirmation once the deletion is done, listing what was removed and anything retained under the next section.

4. What We Have to Keep

Erasure is not absolute. Where we have invoiced you or signed a contract, Greek tax and accounting law obliges us to retain those records for a statutory period, and we cannot delete them on request. Where that applies we tell you which records are affected, stop using them for any other purpose, and delete them as soon as the period ends. Copies inside routine encrypted backups are removed as those backups age out on their normal rotation rather than being extracted individually.

5. Service Providers

Some data sits with providers that host the site, deliver our email, or produce our analytics, all acting on our instructions. When we delete your data we instruct them to do the same, and confirm it before closing your request.

6. If You Are Not Satisfied

If you believe we have handled your request poorly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, which supervises data protection in Greece. You are entitled to do that regardless of what we say, and it costs you nothing. You can reach the Authority at dpa.gr.
