2. Services
Our services include, but are not limited to: digital strategy and consulting, brand identity and design systems, web and mobile platform engineering, e-commerce development, search engine optimisation, and growth marketing.
The specific scope of services for each client engagement is defined in a written project agreement or proposal signed by both parties. These Terms apply to all such engagements unless superseded by a separate written contract.
3. Project Engagement & Deliverables
All projects commence following a signed proposal or statement of work. Deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are defined in the project documentation agreed upon at the start of the engagement.
- •Tecfinity reserves the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or applicable law.
- •Changes to project scope must be agreed in writing and may affect timeline and cost.
- •Client-provided materials (assets, credentials, copy) must be supplied on schedule. Delays caused by late client input may affect delivery timelines.
- •Acceptance of deliverables is deemed granted if no written objection is raised within 14 days of delivery.
4. Payment & Billing
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:
- •A deposit (typically 30–50% of the total project fee) is required before work commences.
- •Milestone-based payments are invoiced as defined in the project agreement.
- •Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue.
- •Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable Greek and EU commercial law.
- •Tecfinity reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payment obligations are not met.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a licence to use all custom design and content assets produced exclusively for their project. The following applies to intellectual property rights:
- •Tecfinity retains ownership of all source code, proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies developed or used in the delivery of services.
- •Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered digital products for their stated business purposes.
- •Third-party components, libraries, or tools used within a project remain subject to their respective licences.
- •Tecfinity reserves the right to reference delivered work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during a project engagement with reasonable care and discretion. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategy, financial data, technical specifications, and client or customer data.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any project agreement. Where a project involves particularly sensitive information, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be arranged upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tecfinity provides its services with professional care and expertise. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- •Tecfinity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered services.
- •Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project.
- •Tecfinity is not responsible for third-party service outages (hosting providers, payment gateways, external APIs) that affect delivered systems.
- •Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate backups of their data and systems.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination:
- •All work completed up to the point of termination is billable at the agreed rate.
- •Any deposit paid is non-refundable if work has already commenced.
- •Tecfinity will provide all completed deliverables in their current state upon final payment of outstanding invoices.
- •Tecfinity reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or material breach of these terms.
9. Use of This Website
By accessing the Tecfinity website you agree not to:
- •Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
- •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

Tecfinity reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
